Damages/Defective items must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment. If report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and will issue a refund for the purchase.
Please contact us immediately at shop@vevacollect.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your name and order number.
